Can someone else
write my thank you notes? Won't people know?
The principle of outsourcing thank you note
writing is not founded in laziness. Working
professionals fresh off their honeymoon or
someone who has faced a recent death in the
family may not have the time or the energy to
tackle hundreds of thank you notes that
etiquette dictates must be written in a timely
fashion.
Experts now say it's okay to enlist family and
friends to help you get your thank you cards
done in a timely fashion.
Just consider us your friends.
Everyone has had that feeling of feeling not
really appreciated when they receive a hastily
written generic thank you.
Many guests are more concerned about getting a
thoughtful thank you note rather than concerned
about who took the
time to pen it.
Brides often have their bridesmaids help with
the thank you notes and other family members
often help out with sympathy
responses. So why not use us instead and ensure
that proper writing etiquette is employed to
create your thank
you notes in a timely manner?
If you don't want people to know you had help,
we will send the notes back to you so you can
get them postmarked
by your own local post office. No one will be
the wiser.
Won't my friends get suspicious when they see
the fancy handwriting?
We want your gift givers to think you wrote the
note yourself that's why our employees have
average person handwriting.
Nice, legible handwriting, but not over the top
fancy. Who writes like that in real life? Only a
small percentage of
the population can do that.
How is my information passed back and forth
between us?
When you contract the services of Thanks a
Million, we will send you a handy input log. One
form can be used to
record your guests' information manually. This
is convenient for taking with you to showers or
to have handy at your
reception. The other log is in spreadsheet
format if you're more comfortable with keyboard
input.

How are my completed thank you notes or
invitations shipped?
Once completed, we return your order to you for
final inspection via UPS overnight delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We happily accept: VISA, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, Checks and Cash.
How long does it take to complete my order?
Once we have all the information we need to start processing your order, completed thank you cards are usually completed within 30 days. This, of course, could vary depending upon the size of the order.
Invitation and Christmas card envelop addressing services are usually completed within two weeks.
